Great Lakes Equestrian Festival I

The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival I (GLEF I) marks the opening week of the prestigious Great Lakes Equestrian Festival, one of North America’s leading summer show jumping circuits. Hosted by Traverse City Horse Shows, the event takes place at the world-class Flintfields Horse Park in northern Michigan.

Set amid the lakes, vineyards, and beaches of northern Michigan, the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival combines world-class competition with a relaxed summer atmosphere. The six-week festival runs from July through early August and has become a cornerstone of the North American equestrian calendar.
